The definition of Clairaudience

I know 2 people that hear things. One hears voices that communicate literally real and accurate information (for instance what kind of sickness a person she does not even know is suffering from), the other hears music that seem to contain a message. This phenomena is called clairaudience.

Hearing music that seems to contain a message is a symptom of schizophrenia; I have a schizophrenic relative who reported this and similar experiences.

For the person who hears voices that communicate accurate information, I think it would be a worthwhile project to record the things the voices are saying and then check in what instances, and how frequently, the information is correct.

Very interesting, I see what you mean.

The second person was able to tell me information she did not know about a person she did not know but I knew, she had no way of knowing the medical condition of that person, her information was not generalized and contained enough specificity to convince me that it wasn't a guess or coincidence.
